Western Iowa Energy (WIE) recently donated over $5,000 to the City of Wall Lake to be used on the community’s recreation center. WIE is a biodiesel processing facility based in Wall Lake that processes up to 30 million gallons of fuel each year. Representatives from the company presented the $5,250 check to city officials last week. A photo of that presentation can be found included with this story on our website.
