Phase One of the Community Building renovations in Lake City is almost complete with just a few minor things to finish. Paul Iverson, the owner of God’s Woodworking near downtown Lake City was contracted by the council to complete the restorations. Administrator, Eric Wood, says he has written a grant for phase two.
In phase two, they will replace the windows and renovate the balcony. Wood says even with the renovations, the community building is open now for reservations.
