Functional damage was reported to both vehicles following a two-vehicle collision Monday evening on Highway 30 in Carroll. At approximately 8:46 p.m., the Carroll Police Department was dispatched to the intersection with West Street. Their initial investigation found a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, driven by 18-year-old Hayli Vandewalker of Lidderdale, was traveling northbound on West Street and was making a left turn onto the highway. At the same time, a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, operated by 24-year-old Cheyenne Vasquez of Carroll, was traveling southbound on West Street and turning right onto the highway. The cars collided in the intersection; however, no injuries were reported.
