The Glidden City Council met on Monday, with one of the topics being setting a public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget Amendment. City Administrator, Broke Peterson, says this is done every year and is for cleaning up the books by the end of the Fiscal Year.
The Fiscal Year 2022 started on July 1, 2021, and ends on June 30, 2022. Peterson adds what they have to change in the budget.
The public hearing is set for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 9, in the council chambers and is open to the public. The Fiscal Year 2023 begins on July 1.
