Carroll County Public Health is seeking input from residents as officials develop their latest community needs assessments. They’ve released a brief, 20-question survey for residents to complete. Participation in the survey is entirely anonymous and will assist the agency in determining the county’s leading health challenges. Respondents will provide demographic, income, insurance, and health-related information. The questionnaire will also gauge residents’ priorities regarding injury prevention, environmental health hazards, health infrastructure, and much more. The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete, and a link to the online form can be found included below. Paper copies are also available at the Carroll County Public Health offices, the Carroll County Courthouse, and the Carroll Public Library. Responses to the survey will be accepted through the end of the year. Data collected will be used to complete a countywide health needs report, which should be released in fall 2023.
