Farmers are already known for their time and dedication to see their way thru any obstacle!
“GRIT” is clearly defined as the “Growth, Resiliency, Innovation & Training” to be passionate and being able to persevere to accomplish long-term goals and dreams. With commitment and courage – you can accomplish anything!
This new program is designed for 35-70-year-old individuals who have “graduated” beyond the Farm Bureau Young Farmer Conference but still want the opportunity to learn and grow as farmers while having the opportunity to network with other individuals.
