At approximately 4:12 a.m. Sunday, July 10, 23-year-old David Matthew Glenn of Lytton was taken into custody after he was stopped by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office on Highway 71, north of Carroll. Glenn was in possession of and driving a Ford Truck that was reported stolen from Twilight Investments of Carroll. Glenn was charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
