The Greene County Sheriff’s Office and Churdan Fire and Rescue responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident in the 100 block of Highway 4 north of Churdan at approximately 3:04 p.m. Monday. Thirty-one-year-old Jenny Lynne Harrison of Jefferson was driving southbound on Highway 4 when she lost control of her 2007 Ford Five Hundred. She entered the west ditch, where the vehicle rolled, coming to rest on its top in a farm field. Harrison, who reported she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, was transported to Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson for evaluation of possible minor injuries. The Five Hundred was deemed a total loss.
