The Carroll Police Department has cited two individuals after completing tobacco compliance checks in Carroll County on Wednesday. Jessyka Baker of Glidden was charged for selling tobacco to a minor while working at the Casey’s in Glidden. Dasha Phillips of Carroll was also charged for providing tobacco to a minor at the East Side Sparky’s in Carroll.
