The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will host the public hearing for the final budget amendment of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 during their regularly scheduled weekly meeting on Monday. The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Carroll County Courthouse regarding the nearly $36,000 net-positive shift in the budget. Prior to the hearing, the supervisors will review proposed asbestos abatement and security proposals for the courthouse and hear from County Engineer, Zac Andersen, on utility permit, drain, and construction project updates from the Secondary Roads Department. Monday’s meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room and is open to the public. The proceedings will also be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
