The Union Pacific Railroad RoadSafe Rail division has notified Carroll authorities that a portion of Bella Vista Drive will be closed on Tuesday, Aug. 30. From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Bella Vista Drive between Anthony Street and East 4th Street will be closed for work on the railroad crossing. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes during this timeframe.
