Tomorrow (Tuesday) is Election Day for cities and school districts statewide. There are 11 polling locations within Carroll County that will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Polling sites include the Arcadia Shelter House for the Arcadia Precinct, St. John Lutheran Church for Carroll Ward 1, First United Methodist Church for Carroll Ward 2 and the north half of Maple River township, St. John Lutheran Church for Carroll Ward 3 and the south half of Maple River Township, First United Methodist Church for Carroll Ward 4, the Templeton Center for Eden Precinct, Sacred Heart Parish Hall in Manning for Ewoldt Precinct, the Community Meeting room at Glidden City Hall for the Glidden-Richland Precinct, Dedham City Hall for Pleasant Valley-Newton Precinct, the Lidderdale Community Building for the Sheridan-Grant-Jasper Precinct, Coon Rapids Municipal Building for Union Precinct, the Halbur Community Building for Washington-Roselle Precinct, and St. Bernards Parish Hall in Breda for the Wheatland-Kniest Precinct. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Any mail-in ballots must be returned to the county auditor’s office by the time polls close to be counted.
