The Glidden Community Auction will be held this Friday at the Lincoln Club and sponsored by Haggai Masonic Lodge #369. The social hour with free hors-d’oeuvres will begin at 6 p.m. The auction, presented by Steve Seidl and Justin Brant, will start at 7 p.m. Over 100 items have been donated from various individuals and businesses throughout the area to be purchased by the highest bidder, with all the proceeds to be used for community projects. A few of the higher price ticket items include 4 Sukup Endzone Seats for an ISU Football game, a Jaguar XII 22LR bolt rifle, a Halo Elite Outdoor Griddle, A $500 catered meal, a Firman 2100-Watt Generator, a four-night stay in a six-bedroom cabin in Dillon Colorado, and many more.
