The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday with a presentation to discuss the 28E agreement and fiscal year 2025 budget work, which are all on the agenda. The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Swan Lake Education Center, and the public is welcome to attend. First, on the agenda, the Carroll County Growth Partnership will present more on its budget request for FY25 to the supervisors. The supervisors will then review the plat(s) needing approval and discuss the 28E agreement for Environmental Health Services between Carroll and Crawford Counties. FY25 budget work will be subsequent, considering approvals for conservation department requests and non-profit funding. The board will then discuss the proposed levy and Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) contributions to the FY25 budget, followed by an overall budget discussion. The meeting will finish with seven manure management annual updates and hear committee reports. Again, the Carroll County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the Swan Lake Education Center, and the public is welcome to attend.
