St. Anthony Chronic Care Center invites you to their monthly support group for those with Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes at the St. Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room Thursday, June 13th from 3:30 to 4:30pm. This is a new support group for individuals who have gone through the Diabetes Prevention Program and will help you continue your healthy habits! Practicing healthy habits is hard to do alone so you’re invited to this Free support group. Again it will be held on Thursday, June 13th from 3:30 to 4:30pm at the St. Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room.
