Multiple customers without power this afternoon (Tuesday) after severe thunderstorm blows through the Carroll area. Crews are currently out working to restore power to the 1,487 customers, according to the MidAmerican Energy Company outage map. Residents in the area can expect power to be restored between 5:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. tonight (Tuesday). This includes traffic signals throughout town, residential homes, and businesses. The city crew is also out working to clean up debris around the area and is asking the public to stay out of the crews’ way for safety concerns.
