No injuries were reported in a house fire last night (Thursday) in Carroll. According to Carroll Fire Chief Dan Hannasch, crews were dispatched at approximately 9:11 p.m. to a reported structure fire at 115 N. Court St, owned by Jason Pudenz. Firefighters arrived on the scene at approximately 9:17 p.m. and reported smoke coming from a second-story window. Fortunately, crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze and were back at the station less than 90 minutes after being dispatched. Fire damage was contained to a single bedroom. However, smoke damage was reported throughout the house. The Carroll Police Department, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, and Carroll County Emergency Medical Services also assisted at the scene.
