The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident over the Independence Day holiday near Templeton. According to law enforcement, the vehicle in question is described as a bright blue color and was either a four-door car or a pickup truck. Officials say the vehicle will have extensive damage on the driver’s side and was believed to be operated by a male driver with a female passenger when the collision occurred on the evening of July 3 at the intersection of Granite Avenue and 290th Street, about two miles northwest of Templeton.
