Limited details have been provided on a two-vehicle accident north of Carroll this afternoon (Tuesday) that resulted in a fatality. According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of 150th Street and Noble Avenue around 2:30 p.m. Upon arriving, authorities pronounced one individual involved in the crash deceased at the scene, while no other injuries have been reported. The crash still remains under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol and more details will be provided once it becomes available.
