The Audubon County Economic Development (ACED) is asking individuals who live and work in Audubon County to complete an online housing survey as part of a housing readiness program. The Rural Housing Readiness Assessment (RHRA) program, offered through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, assists rural communities in becoming self-aware of their current housing needs and guides decision-making to address those needs, providing safer, quality, and affordable housing. By completing this survey, individuals will be providing ACED staff with input on what residents throughout Audubon County communities are looking for when it comes to housing and to prioritize what the organization should address when creating a strategic plan for a solution. Survey results are anonymous and takes less than ten minutes to complete. The survey link has been provided below.
