The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a short agenda for their meeting on Monday morning. The board convenes at 9 a.m. at the Carroll County Courthouse. They will begin with a report from County Engineer Zac Andersen concerning utility permits and drain updates, followed by the approval of pending plats and payables. The supervisors will consider an agreement with Western Iowa Networks (WIN) for managed IT services for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) office in the Fricke Building on Court Street. Recorder Ashten Wittrock will present her office’s quarterly report to the board, followed by a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. on a Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 budget amendment. The supervisors will close with manure management annual updates and committee reports. The Monday, Oct. 28 meeting is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
