The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) kicked off the 2025 celebration of Catholic Schools Week, and Kuemper students, staff, and families are joining in on the celebration. Kuemper President John Steffes says Catholic education has been a significant part of Carroll County’s history since its earliest days, and he is glad to see that tradition continue.
The NCEA theme for 2025 is “Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community.” Kuemper began its celebration on Friday by hosting a Chamber coffee, and Steffes says this week is full of fun activities and themes for the Kuemper family to join.
Steffes says the future of Catholic education in Carroll County is bright, especially considering the recent trends of increasing enrollment and student retention at Kuemper.
The NCEA 2025 Catholic Schools Week runs through Saturday, Feb. 1.
