Two drivers were transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital yesterday (Thursday) morning after a two-vehicle accident west of Carroll. At approximately 8:50 a.m., the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Carroll Police and Fire Departments as well as Carroll County Emergency Medical Services reported to the scene on Highway 30 near Kittyhawk Ave. A 2002 Toyota Sequoia, driven by 32-year-old Denae Michelle Rosdail of Carroll, was facing westbound on Highway 30, but was stopped, waiting for eastbound traffic to pass before making a left turn. A 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, driven by 55-year-old Darwin Duane Ritchie of Carroll, was also driving westbound when he struck the rear of the stopped Sequoia. There was an estimated $3,500 in damage to the vehicle Rosdail was driving and $15,000 in damage to the Ritchie vehicle.
