The Small Business Development Center is teaming up with the Main Street Manning Business Improvement Committee and the Manning Chamber of Commerce to offer a Google Business workshop, Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map. On Wednesday, Feb. 8, Manning business owners will learn how to register their business for Google offerings and how to increase their exposure in keyword searches. Registering a business with Google is free, but there is a specific process that must be followed, and the workshop will walk attendees through this. This hands-on session is free and will be held at the Timmerman Shelter House in Manning City Park from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop or mobile device with them.
