Two Scranton residents were booked into the Greene County Jail on Thursday, Feb. 2, on charges stemming from a house search in Scranton on Monday, Jan. 30. Twenty-three-year-old Travis Michael Straight and Amy-Lynne Gaines were both booked on warrants for violation of controlled substance, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office conducted the search warrant in the 1000 block of Eagle Street in Scranton on Jan. 30, after Straight was stopped in Carroll County in mid-January and marijuana and marijuana wax were found in his car.
