A Celebration of Life Service for 73 year old Rollin “Rollie” Watters of Lake City, formerly of Baxter, will be Saturday, February 18th, from 2-5pm at the Congregational United Church of Christ in Baxter. A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Lake City Cemetery. The arrangements are under the direction of the Fredregill Family Funeral Home in Baxter.
