At a little before 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, the Manning Police and Fire Departments, the Iowa State Patrol and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Highway 141 and West Street in Manning. Initial reports have indicated that there was at least one person injured in the accident between a pickup and car.
