A low-flying plane not only drew the attention of more than 10,000 people at Saturday’s Guthrie’s River Ruckus, it has also now become the subject of an investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Bystanders say the plane flew so low over the grounds that it barely missed striking utility poles. Although there are many different photos and videos shot by Ruckus attendees and the identifying markers are clearly visible, FAA officials say they were able to identify an owner, but not who was piloting the plane this weekend.
