A complaint by Wild Rose Jefferson staff has led to the arrest of a Carroll woman last Saturday night. At approximately 7:17 p.m., the Jefferson Police Department was contacted by staff at the Wild Rose Casino about a female patron who had been asked to leave the property, but was refusing to do so. Officers made contact with 32-year-old Ashley Ann Reinart, who was walking in the 1800 block of North Elm Street. An investigation led to the arrest of Reinart for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, both simple misdemeanors.
