Sixteenth District Iowa Senator and Democratic gubernatorial candidate, Nate Boulton, has released his first televised ad in the Des Moines and Cedar Rapids markets titled, “Voice. The 30-second clip starts with a highlight from the 2017 Legislative session in which Boulton debated Republicans for 26 hours straight over collective bargaining changes. The remainder of the ad includes footage from the campaign trail. Boulton was in Carroll on Oct. 23 as a part of his nine month long 99-county tour last year and spoke at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). During that appearance, he talked about his plans to bring the focus back to education, support increases in the state’s minimum wage and reduce corporate incentives if elected.
