Homelessness is not just a “big city” problem, the issue can be found right here in our own backyards, as was evidenced by a call received by the Carroll Police Department last Thursday. At approximately 8:34 a.m., they received a report that someone was trespassing in an unoccupied apartment. They dispatched an officer to the scene on East 18th Street to find 34-year-old Clark Loggins Schrodermier in one of the empty Fairview Apartments. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass.
