Two Carroll women have been charged with theft after they cooked their own meals at a local fast food restaurant. At approximately 9:45 p.m. on March 25, 22-year-old Keyera Jenae Wilson and 23-year-old Keshaun Renee Ward entered the Carroll Burger King and walked back into the kitchen. The pair prepared their food and then left without paying. Ward and Wilson, both former employees at the restaurant, were given the opportunity to come back and pay for their meal, but they declined. Both individuals have been charged with fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor and are scheduled to appear in Carroll County District Court on Thursday, April 12.
