Carroll residents 18 and younger can get a free breakfast and/or lunch at the Kuemper Catholic High School cafeteria throughout the summer. President, John Steffes, says the program gets underway this week.
Steffes says they have operated the free meal program for about three or four years now and are pleased to be able to offer these options. There are, however, specific times for meal service.
