The Carroll Chamber of Commerce’s latest effort to encourage shoppers to spend locally begins later this week with their Winter Blowout Sale from Feb. 23 through Feb. 25. Beginning Thursday, participating Chamber businesses will offer great deals on their products and services. The Winter Blowout Sale overlaps with the Chamber’s annual Court Classic youth basketball tournament, which begins Saturday at gymnasiums across Carroll. A list of businesses joining in the promotional sales is included below.
