No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident Thursday morning in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene in the 400 block of North Clark Street at approximately 8:53 a.m. An initial investigation shows a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup truck, driven by 76-year-old Joseph Roberts of Carroll, was traveling southbound on Clark. At the same time, a 2004 Buick Regal, operated by 15-year-old Haley McClue of Lake City, pulled out of a parking lot while attempting to turn south and struck the driver’s side of the Roberts truck, causing functional damage to both vehicles. McClue was cited for failure to yield upon entering a roadway.
