The Audubon County Secondary Roads Department has announced the intersection of Mockingbird Avenue and 265 Street northeast of Exira will be closed starting Monday for work on two nearby bridges. Beginning at 8 a.m. on March 9, thru-traffic to the north and east of this intersection will be closed as crews work on the crossings of an unnamed tributary of Davids Creek. County officials expect the intersection will remain impassible to traffic through Monday, June 1.
