The Carroll Police Department will be testing storm sirens weekly beginning today (Monday). These tests will be held every Monday from now through the end of September or early October and occur, generally, between 10 a.m. and noon. These will be cancelled on days there is inclement weather and a notice of cancellation will be posted on the department’s Facebook page, a link to which is included below.
