Community members are invited to read The Anxious Generation and join a panel discussion exploring its key themes and solutions, with a particular focus on how technology and social media impact youth mental health.
The panel will feature local educators and mental health professionals who will share personal insights and highlight recent research on the effects of social media on developing brains. Together, we aim to foster an open, honest conversation and explore meaningful ways to support the healthy development and well-being of our children.
