St Anthony Chronic Care Center invites you to their monthly support group for those with Diabetes and Pre-diabetes at the St Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room Thursday November 14th from 3:30 to 4:30. the Second Thursday of each month. This is a new support group for individuals who have gone through the Diabetes Prevention Program and will help you continue your healthy habits! Practicing healthy habits is hard to do alone so you’re invited to this Free support group.. Join them this Thursday November 14th from 3:30-4:30, at the St Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room.
