St Anthony Chronic Care Center invites you to their FREE monthly support group for those with Diabetes and individuals who have gone through the Diabetes Prevention Program. It’s at the St Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room this Thursday January 9th from 3:30 to 4:30. This occurs each month on the Second Thursday of each month. Practicing healthy habits is hard to do alone so you’re invited to this support group. Join them this Thursday January 9th from 3:30-4:30, at the St Anthony Education Center, St. Clare room.
