Carroll Supervisors To Conduct Routine Business And Discuss Employee Leave Police Monday

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors’ next regularly scheduled meeting, at 9 a.m. Monday, April 13, will include department updates and the return to a coronavirus employee leave act discussion. The agenda for this livestreamed meeting includes the quarterly report from Carroll County Recorder, Ashten Wittrock, and an update on drains and the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) Five Year Program from County Engineer, Zac Andersen. They will also discuss the Families First Coronavirus Response Act Employee Leave Policy and the research done since the last meeting. County Auditor, Kourtney Irlbeck, has been reviewing the policies drafted by other counties and is asking the supervisors to approve one that clearly outlines what is allowable and what is not for employees as a means to help clear up any confusion that a more ambiguous draft may bring. They will also review payables, plats and manure management updates for approval. Questions or comments on items included on the agenda can be made ahead of the meeting by emailing them to supervisors@carrollcountyiowa.org. Comments and questions may also be made during the livestreamed meeting, but a subscription to the county’s YouTube channel will be necessary first. A link to access the meeting and the full agenda can be found below.
